Longcross Properties is a family run business that was established in 1998 We have over 60 years combined experience in the building industry.
Whether it is a house renovation, extension or new build, at Longcross Properties we undertake the project management of your building works with professionalism and pride. Throughout the process we will work closely with you to achieve your desired outcomes and remove all of the stress, planning and management so you can experience a worry free process and look forward to enjoying the finished product.

Our Approach
At Longcross Properties we understand that our homes are sacred and to have people undertaking building works can be a difficult and disruptive time, our approach is to undertake the work as if it was our own home. We understand how important it is that you are comfortable with our presence, trust in our ability and have the necessary reassurances that we will act in a professional manner at all times. To enable this we strive to create a strong working relationship with our clients from the outset. We will work with you to understand your ideas, discuss how these can be delivered whilst continually considering your requirements. Our aim is to ensure you do not suffer any surprises or issues during the process and deliver your desired outcome to the highest standard.
At the outset we will meet with you to agree a programme of works and answer any questions or concerns you may have at this stage. During the build process our trusted contractors will undertake the work which is overseen by us throughout the project. During the build process we are available at any time for your queries and will arrange regular meetings with you to make certain you are happy with how the project is progressing and we can discuss any queries you may have.
We can take on your project whether you are at the very start of the process, with no planning or drawings, or if you have already made a start with planning in place. If you have a preferred architect we can work with them, and if not we can recommend one of our trusted architects. During our initial meetings we can work out where you are in the process and advise on the best strategy to achieve your desired results both on time and within budget.
With over 20 years’ experience we have the skills to handle all elements of your project, whether it involves structural work, stabilisation of existing material, renovation, installation of services, plastering, painting, decorating and so on.
As each project is unique and there is no ‘one size fits all’ we will provide you with a detailed quotation and timeline following our initial meeting. We can then sit down and talk you through the quotation at a time convenient to you, please note you are under no obligation to use our services at this point.
